An ideal birthday or Christmas gift for anyone over the age of eight. After taking a look around the falconry centre and viewing the superb collection of hawks, falcons, owls and eagles, you will be invited to fly a variety of Owls.

These will range from the tiny Burrowing Owl up to the mighty European Eagle Owl , the largest and most powerful owls in the world.

You will then be taken on a hawk walk to exercise one of our Harris Hawks in the splendid setting of Holdenby House and gardens. Be amazed and captivated by these birds as you transport yourself back in time to retrace the footsteps of the ill fated King Charles I, who did walk the gardens of Holdenby as a prisoner before his eventual execution.

Look out over the landscape that was the hunting ground of King James II, who kept falcon mews at Holdenby.

Last but not least, wouldn't it be nice to record your day so that you can re-live it whenever you wish. Your guests are welcome to bring along both video and still cameras to add that final ingredient that completes your experience!
